Clamshell box, Castello. Parchment storage box

A clamshell box, made in the Omni-Box Retro system. It is produced by means of a plotter, which cuts the right format out of the sheet and makes incisions along the folding lines. The final shape is achieved through folding and gluing the corners together with the use of canvas. A combination of book-binding techniques and precise cutting by means of a digital machine allows us to produce a very elegant storage product.

- in two colour varieties: dark grey or white - please make a note in the comments section 
- with the canvas, used to glue the corners, in a different colour - please contact us - with lower quantity orders this might lead to additional costs.

  - 100% cellulose
  - colour: dark grey colour with white inner side (or the other way round; let us know about your choice in the comments to the order)
  - pH > 7.5
  - alkaline reserve > 0.4 mol/kg
  - Kappa number < 5
  - water absorbency:  Cobb60 < 25 g/m2
  - no dye migration
  - no optical brighteners
  - grammage: 1400 g/m2
