Bookbinding covers with inserts, Agema

The covers are equipped with two inserts reinforced with cloth. Each insert has 4 holes which make it possible to sew in the stored documents. At a client's wish, we can make inserts with 2 or no holes. 

• Agema cardboard:
  -  ISO 16245 type A and PAT certificates
  - 100% cellulose
  - colour: greyish-blue
  - pH > 7.5
  - alkaline reserve > 0.4 mol/kg
  - Kappa number < 5
  - water absorbency:  Cobb60 < 25 g/m2
  - no dye migration
  - no optical brighteners
  - grammage: 900 g/m2
• Cloth:
  - colour: maroon
  - made from natural fibres
• Adhesive:
  - pH 7.0 – 8.0
  - plasticizer-free
  - based on copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate (EVA)
